Return Window
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It must have all original tags intact and be returned in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at koafashionforthefearless@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions along with shipping details and authorization confirmation. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at koafashionforthefearless@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including customized or made-to-order products, personal care items (if applicable), gift cards, and items purchased on sale or special promotion. If you are unsure about your product’s eligibility, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a faster resolution, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order for your preferred item.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions stated above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
